While there are many ways to beat depression or to completely eliminate it, it helps to know that there are often overlooked reasons; depression is piling up in our daily lives. We all have a natural life force (Prana) within us and when we are high on it, we feel good and vice-versa. Below are some of the reasons our natural life force gets depleted and we feel depressed.
